I’m Tracy Cholo, a sales agent with Insurance one agency. I’ve been with Insurance One for seven years. I’ve also been with the Family of Companies for just over ten years. Prior to working for Insurance one, I worked for John Adams as a loan officer. I think people enjoy working with me because I try to certainly make an effort to put people at ease.
Working with clients and talking to people is really a passion of mine and customer service just makes me happy. I think the most important thing when working with insurance is to make sure that you compare apples to apples. Many people think that each policy is created equal when, in fact, it isn’t. I’m here to help my clients evaluate and compare the policies to make sure that the coverages are equal.
My commitment to my customers would be to make sure that they understand what product they’re purchasing, so they can make the best choice for themselves and their family.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time in my yard. I love home improvement projects and DIY projects with my husband. We are so lucky. We have a big, blended family, so spending time with them is a wonderful thing.
